Hello Mike.... I think it would be great to spread the word about the website and forum. I think it would be great to collect as many email addresses as we can and send email updates as well. We aught to put something on the next news letter informing the residents of the website and requesting thier email address... But I would also be interested in participating in a door to door effort to meet the neighbors, ask for thier participation and let them meet some of the board members.... |

Hey mike, suggestion, a better way to notify us of significant changes i do not easily see a notice about the management company change, or dealing with significant issues. How about posting what significant things are happening but we do not need posted minutes just topics discussed and conclusions... PLEASE. For all who may recognise my posting I will just say i was a past board pres, for 3 consecutive terms and you can blame me for the picnic tables and the bricks between sidewalk and curb and oh yeah, the sidewalk to the SE postboxes. AND HOW COME THE GRASS IS BECOMING TALLER THEN IN THE FIELD? |

Kent & others who see this - Actually, my intention is to move all content to our web site ( http://www.cobblestonevillagehoa.org ) and have this primarily as a link to it as well as use the parts not available there yet. All of the calendar events, documents and history are on our web site as well as contact information. The management company change was noted on our web site as soon as it became effective. I just had not gotten back to this one yet. I am updating this web site today. If you have any questions, please let me know by email at mike@mdcw.us.
The idea of having owners send there email addresses in and be able to send out updates is a good one. I will have to work on it.
Concerning the grass, the City of Westminster cuts the grass in the park while we are responsible for the grass within Cobblestone. Our current grounds contract calls for two times of mowing the grass and by now it has been done. |
