Who is responsible for the clean up of mud on barnes street near sky sox field? I called the streets dept and they said mud run off is the home owners resposibility. Does anyone know which home owner owns the mud? We get dirt all over our cars when we drive by. I thought we paid taxes to clean our streets.

I would suggest that you contact US Home (593.8583-Mr. Noble) and ask if they are the responsible property owner. If you are not satisfied with the answer(s) you receive, I would suggest you contact the Mayor, Vice Mayor and our CS City Council representatives. Only a strong unified community voice, will solve this issue. This erosion/safety issue has been ongoing for some time and warrants a speedy solution.
