For anyone checking the expenses section of our Community pages, there was a $40 expense added for 2005. It was necessary to confer with an attorney regarding 2 lawsuits in which the Homeowner's Association was named as a defendant. The reason the Association was named was because we have property liens against the 2 homeowners that the banks are foreclosing on.
