I Apoligize

Ms. White I apoligize for being out of town and being unable to attend all of the committee meetings.

I apoligize for having a job that requires that I be out of town from time to time.

I apoligize for being active in the community working with the Boy Scouts and having to attend meetings that have been planned well advance and being unable to attend meetings called on short notice.

The difference now is that there are members of the Council that are more diligent in their duties and are people that I trust in those positions. The Committees have been diligent in turning in their minutes and I get feedback from the other members of the committees.

Again, I apoligize for having a job and trying to provide for my family. I attend all meetings that I am able to do to my availability.

Using The Means Available

Everyone will be told using the procedures as prescribed in the ORC and the Rules of Council.

Residents need to be proactive and check the posting boxes. Everyone will be told and hopefully the messenger will print the information and residents will be able to attend the June 13th meeting if they so choose. Responsibility lies with each side. The Administration has the responsibility to put up the notices in a timely manner and the residents have the responsibility to remain viligant and watch what the Village Administration is doing. It is a two way street.

The Village does what it can with the limited resources available to it.

Yes I Wrote It

Why would it not change anything? The meetings are being held to make sure the Council and the Committee get the input from the residents. It is something that is not being taken lightly. The opportunity to be heard is being offered to everyone.

The Council is receiving very little feedback from the residents on a lot of different issues. This meeting is being called so that the residents can get a chance to provide feedback to the Council so that the right decision can be made.

I do not know what else that I can say to convince you that your words do not fall on deaf ears. I believe every member of Council wants to hear from the residents so that their concerns can be addressed.

Attend or not, but the opportunity is being offered to all of the residents.
