Pot calling the kettle black

It appears that thedoctor doesn't have the nerve to say who he or she is either. Or who Mr. Valleyview is. Is Russolillo still calling the shots?

Any of you remember how Russolillo got the mayor's salary increased when he was running unappossed and knew he would get the raise? He and that council broke the law. It would appear Watkins has his undivided attention.

Valleyview, per capita, has the highest mayor's salary in the state of Ohio!!

Mr. Parrish is spouting the same thing that I did about the workings of the mayor's office.

You have to consider the council members are that he mentioned. Would they have it any other way?

Does Watkins think he will be elected again? God have mercy, Watkins has just begun!!

Russolillo Is Gone

Council did not do anything illlegal to raise the Mayor's salary back.

I never condoned Russolillo's raise either and when I researched what could be done there was little that the Village could do other than take Russolillo to court and then hope that they found in the Village's favor. At best a 50-50 shot and I was not willing to waste more of the tax payers money unlike Ms. White.

Unlike the resolution for Russolillo's raise everything was done legally. They screwed the residents over, but they did it legally.

I KNOW, I KNOW!

A suit against Russolillo would have gotten more money back to Valleyview that it would have cost. Add it and the clerk's salary up for that period.

The ethics commissiom would probably be interested in the resolutions passed. Russolillo's was illegal and Watkins was unethical and amoral.

The auditor may be interested. Have you forgotten that the auditors have complained foryears how Valleyview passes too many emergencey resolutions?

The auditor and ethics commission both might be interested to see how emergency resolutions were passed for pay raises for the mayor when it was found they were running unoppossed.

Some of you have to get the ball rolling if you are really serious. Nothing will be done until you do. I tried by myself, it won't work.

When I brought out that some invoices were'nt going to OPWC for payment, didn't you ever wounder why Russolillo and Brad Smith went to Mr. Bicking's office and asked what I was told?

There was never a complete audit of the Village done. It was a ramdon check. I was there, I know. They will tell you. If one had been done the auditor's would have foundthe descrepcies. just had to match up the invoices that went to OPWC with the ones the Village ok'ed for payment. Like I did. Some were not sent to OPWC. The Village paid 100% instead of 10%.

What is so hard about that. I requested a full audit. The rest of council refused.
