Construction In Valleyview

There are two lots in Valleyview that are being cleared and construction of single family homes on the lots are proposed.

Yes, I live across from the Pool. No work is being done at the Pool. There is an unimproved lot on the South side of Valleyview Drive next to the three homes that exist to the East of the Pool. There are plans to build on the fourth lot to the East of the Pool.

It was during the clearing of that lot that there was a lot of noise from the wood chipper and backhoe.

I hope that answers your question about where the noise was coming from. It was not at the Pool.

who cares

try and deal with it just 60 feet from you door! by the way paul remember mey concerns addressed at the counsel meeting about the parking concerns well the house next to the lot had a nice driveway and Mr. Johnson decided to remove it so now there is another home with out any parking and you can honestly say that if a garage is built in the back of the new home it will be used and not the street as is being done now.

I know i said we would not post again but i had to voice this and
Was it sold?

Craig Smith is one of the ''investors'' in Valleyview. He owned those two properties. Did he sell them?

Yes and No

Mr. Smith did not own both properties that construction is currently begun on.

He did own one and sold to another gentleman who is building on that property as he is entitled to do to improve his property.
