The final notice for payment of 2003 dues will be mailed this month to all homeowners who have not paid. The dues were due back in February and there are still many homeowners who have not paid. Payment of Association fees is not an option. It is the responsibility of all homeowners of Hamilton Highlands to equally share in the cost of maintaining the entrances, access lot and retention area.
If everyone would pay their equal share (which amounts to $2.50 per month), we would be able to improve our entrances and try to get them back to their original state. Right now, all we can do is maintain them at their current level with the money collected from those homeowners who have paid. If not for that, we would not even be able to do that.
