I have added a link under the police & safety area on our home page titled: City of Columbus: 311. This link will take you directly to the new non-emergency 311 website.

On that site you may submit service requests for a variety of city services: abandoned vehicles, schedule bulk pick-up, code violations, potholes, sidewalks etc.

You may also access the service by calling 311 on your phone. Cell phone users and non-SBC customers can access the same services by calling 645-3111.
