Iam intrested in knowing why we HAVE to pay our dues, and some addresses on the unpaid list have been on there for last 4 yrs? (not paid)Also, we have neighbors that have sense moved, without liens on homes? And, last cars are constantly parked cross walks, causing kids to walk in street to bus stops.??? And our entrance & exits do not look as though $30 per home is used for them.??? Im having a hard time deciding to continue paying our's each year, considering a lot dont. thank you

If you think the 30 dollars only goes towards the front entrances, than you obviously don?’t have a clue about the association. What about the retention area, taxes, post office box fees, and other miscellaneous charges that are listed on this website? Not to mention the fees associated with filing a lien against a property at the county recorder. If you have so many concerns, why haven?’t you expressed them to the association officers instead of posting an anonymous concern on a website that probably isn?’t known by most of the people in the subdivision? Instead of crying about the 30 dollars, maybe your real concern should be that you still haven?’t figured out how to write a complete sentence using the correct subject verb agreement and proper punctuation! Maybe you should educate yourself before posting useless complaints, or how about reading the subdivisions bylaws and complain about something worthwhile.

Now Im responding to the ding a ling that wants to teach on this site, instaed of answering a question, that I thought it was for!!!! #1-- I don't care where ''else'' the $$goes, I was TOLD it went for entrance & exits! Also, as for my other 2 complaints, NO NEED TO ATTEND A MEETING IN AN OLD SMELLY BAR, to rehash the ''rules'' of 4 people that wish to play politics! So, Ill assume YOU have no answers. or TRUE answers.As for our dues? YOU CAN WAIT ON THEM AS YOU SEEM TO EVERYONE elses! So, don't answer back on poor grammer honey, just get us in the hood some answers....ha ha
