Most people I know that are moving are moving because they have been relocated due to their job (four people that I know of), two lost their job, a few moving into larger houses, and one divorce. I do believe that a few are moving because of one neighbor. Knock on some doors with sale signs and see what they say. I think you are slightly overexaggerating!

Really , I know of three couples that have moved to Kinsale, because this neighborhood was getting ''rundown '' according to them. The house for sale on Addington , they feel the same way.
