After reading the newsletter from the HOA Trustees I was a bit disturbed. 56 homes have not paid their annual HOA dues. What kind of crap is that? Probably the same people who bitch about everything else.

I say the leins can't come soon enough! We need the money to keep BBF the great place it is to live.

I also think the HOA should post the names of those who feel they don't need to contribute for the good of all.
