Havent you heard the bubble has already started to burst. Its happening in Boston, Miami, California and many other places, where houses were increasing by 30% or more a year. Our houses go up about 4% a year. Dont call your house and investment and just call your house as home. Like they say home sweet home!!!

The bubble post makes no sense to me? Obviously someone who could care less about their financial well being. Just one of the 10% who want to take us all down with them.

fine system

A fine system will never happen!!! Some trustees tried this before and it got shot down and it will get shot again!!! Should you get a ticket for every time you speed. Police do not pull you over for going 5 miles and hour over the speed limit or should they??? How picking do you want to get??? Then we should have police at every corner to give out tickets for going one mile over the speed limit. This would sound more like a communist country then a free country.
