Invest in Better Landscape

Volunteer? What about the $250 we pay every year for the association? Can't we better spend it by investing some of those dollars to plant better and beautiful landscape that everyone could see benefits of? Why wasting $$ on cheap low height annuals? I would suugest the trustees to look into some pretty ever greens.

Some of the tall grasses would look very nice there also. They even look nice in the winter when the annuals and mums are gone.
