Widening of Powell Rd?

No my question was:

What is the identification process for the board? Basically how do we escalate problem yards to the board?
Problems to the board

The first thing I would do is talk to a neighbor in question. Then I would call one of the trustees or send them and e-mail on the BBF website. The property management company can then send the person in question a letter. At this point there is no policy in place to fine anyone who doesn't comply. You might try calling the Lisa Dills at the property management company. Her number is on the website.

My suggestion would be to find enough of your neighbors who are concerned, and talk to the owners.

Sorry if I misunderstood your question. Just glad to hear from someone else who is concerned
Yards

A while back I posted on here that our property values would suffer if yards weren't maintained and someone came back with the reply '' this isn't Wedgewood and we shouldn't try to be '' Maybe not ,but this is still a fine neighborhood and if we don't start making people accountable and make them comply with restrictions, then we will all suffer the consequenses. I've noticed some residents let their yard go for a long period of time ,but when they went to sell ,then they were all concerned about their yard and everyone else's.
Right on

This is so true. I think we should raikse the HOA fees to pay for weed control. Those of us who pay for it anyway won't mind. Tnose who don't you will here from here.

We may be able to negotiate a great deal.
