Trabue Woods is a very family orientated place to live. But it's sad that our streets are turning into a used car lots and that our HOA allows folks who live here to have several cars parked on the streets with for sale signs in the windows. Way to raise the property value around here.

Where is the HOA?

Cars and crappy lawns and scary people driving the neighborhood. Does anyone even know where these HOA people are? Do we still have an HOA? Some lady came to our neighborhood talking about how good things would be and there is good change. I haven't seen anything different from the last people. The HOA is a joke. Those Board people should step down. They claim there was a meeting but I never got anything. How can they still be in office when pretty much everybody didn't know about the meeting. Are they stealing money to? How many people really knew about a meeting.

a good job

I think the HOA is doing a good job. I recieved a flier on my mailbox and attended the meeting. there was also a big sign up at the front of the subdivision announcing the meeting. It is my opinion that all the people complaining about not knowing about the meeting are the ones who allowed Allison to steal all our money because they had their heads stuck in the sand are are not watching what is going on around them and don't care about the neighborhood. The HOA has hired a lawyer and retrieved about $15,000 of our money back from Allison and filed a criminal complaint against her(it is possible she may go to jail). Its not hard to be involved if you want to.

I can also say the HOA can not do a thing about cars parked on a public street. I can bring my car over and park it in front of your house and you cannot do a thing about it if it is a public strret. All you can do is call CPD and report it abbandoned, and I think they cannot do anything unless it has been there for over 72 hours. The streets are owned by the City of Columbus not the HOA.

Car Lot and HOA

Well maybe they need to be looking at the homeowners and the renters that live in the neighborhood. This neighborhood is turning into a junk yard. I think we need to draw the line when there are cars parked up and down the street with FOR SALE signs on them...TRABUE WOODS CAR LOT. Classy place to live, now I can see why we have problems selling houses in this development.
