I have an issue with the amount of control that my neighbors have over their dog's barking. I politely mentioned the issue to them, and they actually placed a bark collar on the dog for 1 day. Which didn't do a thing. I've live in my home for just under a year now, and every day when I leave or come home this dog is barking at me, and it's also waking me up in the mornings. I want to keep the peace with my neighbors, but I can no longer tolerate their lack of respect for my privacy and peace. Any suggestions?
