Contact the Assn. Board first!

In my homowners' Association in Norman, OK we encourage neighbors to CONTACT THE BOARD as soon as such an infraction occurs. Usually the board has ready access to the owner and/or renters and can effect a quick resolution to such eyesore issues. (I am presiding on my BOD).
