Hello neighbors of the Coventry,
The association sent out a mailing to the entire membership via U.S. Mail on October 21st. Please respond, especially if you did not receive a mailing from the association. Every resident and Coventry homeowner should have received an envelope by Wednesday, October 23, 2007. In the past, homeowner's have replied that they never received any mailings from the association. This is effectively a short survey to find out by electronic means if a Coventry homeowner with web access, and who had previously not received association mailings, did in fact receive the U.S. Mail communication from the association during the week beginning on October 21st.
This mailing specifically included 2 communcation flyers for 2 specific neighborhood events, the Coventry's 1st annual Oktoberfest scheduled for Sunday, October 28th and the Columbus Police Academy Tour scheduled for Wednesday November 7th. Both of these are FAMILY EVENTS that include the entire membership. The trustees put out the neighborhood signs advertising & highlighting these events on October 21st. Unfortunately, even though the signs are enclosed in plastic, the moisture has gotten inside and caused the verbage to be somewhat unreadable. Both flyers have been uploaded to our website and are available for viewing, in addition to the mailing and the highlight verbage on the neighborhood signage. We hope that time allows us to reprint and re-install the sign verbage prior to this coming weekend's Oktoberfest.
Additionally, every member is welcomed to respond or offer any comments or suggestions. Your officers are always happy and eager to hear from the membership.
