The CEIIMC board was asked to share the following safety message with as many Middletown area residents as possible:
"Be on the lookout for a black male driving a Silver pick-up truck (or sometimes maybe a tan car). He was seen in the Parkside development this week approaching kids and asking if they wanted a ride......police have been informed.....he was seen parked by a construction site near the clubhouse and he was
