Hi Long Beach!

I have since moved to San Diego, but grew up in this wonderful community where my family still resides.  I am currently persuing a masters in architecture at the NewSchool of Architecture & Design and am interested in focusing my thesis on a community art center and marketplace that could help revitilize and strengthen this area.  I am looking for specific areas that would benefit this type of conceptual design.  Any and all ideas are welcomed!
