Ryan Rhodes Designs (architect) and Metrostructure Corp. (developer) are proposing to remove an existing triplex at 4402 NE 50^th St and build a new 6 unit rowhouse building. Each unit will have its own parking space. As part of the newly established Neighborhood Outreach program through the City of Seattle, we’re trying to get early feedback from community members about ways we can better our site whether it be landscaping, massing, amenities, parking, or the architecture itself.
