Help keep the Carmel Oaks community clean.  If you have visitors who smoke, make sure you inform them not to throw or discard cigarette butts all over the place.  If you are a smoker, take pride in the area and invest in an ashtray.  There is no power in trashing your own neighborhood and/or community.
