Community Board 16 Brooklyn

Landlords should be responsible for the behavior of their tenants. No tenant has the right to yell and screem and curse with their freinds all hours of the day and night and then expect no one to say anything to them. If another landlord who lives next door to a landlord with noisy tenants has tenants move because they cannot take the noise anymore, that landlors should sue the landlord who did nothing about their noisy tenants! The community board should also have mediators for such cases or the police dept.  People have the right to sleep and not just in white neigborhoods!
