Neighborhood Vandalism

Posted in: Ranch at Scottsdale Mirage
We have a beautiful neighborhood we can all be proud of. A lot of time, effort and money is invested on a continual basis to maintain and improve our surroundings.

While not a major problem, vandalism is unfortunately an ongoing concern. Whether it is private property or our neighborhood common property being vandalized, it is a frustration and cost to us all.

If you see anyone damaging any property within our boundaries, please contact a Board memeber or our Field Agent immediately with any relevant facts you can supply.

Proactive neighborhood involvement can improve our neighborhood!

patriotic vandalism

On September 11th four small American flags were taken from a planter in front of 8848 East Dahlia Drive. If these folks used the flags to display their patriotism and were inspired by their availability so be it and God Bless. However the person living in the house is an 83 year old woman who relies on others for transportation to stores.
The flags had been in use every patriotic holiday since the house was purchased in 1989. Between holidays they were carefully furled and stored away for later use.
On September 11 she was the first resident of The Ranch at Scottsdale Mirage to display the American Flag.
