Hi,

 

Dan and I would like to plant a tree in front of our home between our existing front yard tree and Mary's tree. The show is too deep to permit us to measure the distance between the trees but we would guess it is about 30 feet or more. This tree would provide us some additional privacy from the traffic on the road and would begin to provide the view of the homes from Flowerfield Road which is more like the view of the homes from Frasier or Giha streets.

 

Even though this may have been an oversite during the original planting of trees, we are willing to pay for the tree.  If this begins to become a possibility, we will involve Mary to demonstrate her approval since the tree may be close to her front yard.

Even though it is quite the winter site, the second line should of course read snow and not show.  We have had enough of the show.

I forwarded a copy of the current form to Dan, which is in each resident's white binder.  The process is to forward the completed form to the appropriate committee (Landscape and Streets, in this instance) and a recommendation is then forwarded to the Board.

Not sure if this issue has been addressed already, if so please excuse my ignorance. With all the rain thus far this Spring I wonder whether our watering system is now equipped with a sensor to eliminate watering lawns while it rains or even after heavy rains. I feel this would save us over time.
