Is there going to be an organized Bellemeade-wide lawn/yard/garage (whatever?) sale this Spring? If we do, can we agree on one thing?  That is to respect neighbors NOT participating.    

In the past,some (not all) of some folks who were selling things restricted parking in front of their property thereby forcing potential buyers to park in front of (often on) neighboring non-participating property?  There were even complaints from the mail carrier about access to the on-street mailboxes being blocked.

Yes we are going to have one. Naturally we want people to respect their neighbors property.

Controling people from outside our community who come to shop here is nearly impossible.

Your concerns will be addressed.

The city-wide yard sale for Bellemeade is going to be May 15 with a raindate of May 22  which is in the newsletter for January 2010 and on the calendar in the neighborhood link.

  Minutes after I posted that item, my wife found it in the newsletter which she had posted on our bulletin.  It was posted there so we could keep up with things going on in the neighborhood.
