Have lived in Casitas del Oro Norte since 2006, have enjoyed this community and the resources. This year a new board was elected and with that our management fees were raised twice, a management company was hired and services ended. In the last 10 months, Republic Trash Service has missed picking up for my garbage 10 times. I have called them, the president of our HOA, Oscar and various other board members & the management company, Misson Management. Republic has told me, they would be out the next day, never happened. The president of the HOA, Oscar, last time I call told me he wasn??™t my daddy or papa. Don??™t know what that had to do with my garbage. My garbage sits out for a week and I have gotten texts from Mission Management about it. Don??™t know what they expect me to do.
