Yield vs. STOP
To clarify, there is a STOP sign for motorists coming out of M-Village taking a left on Ash and a YIELD for northbound 301 left turning traffic. I agree that people (especially the weekend soccer traffic) do not understand the concept that STOP means STOP until all is clear.
A informational sign would be helpful for the cars stopped waiting to exit. Then you have to worry about people who don't know what 'Yield' means and let the stopped vehicles out defeating the purpose of this thread.
Nonetheless, DelDOT has that intersection in their long range plan to be signalized, so hopefully it will be signalized sooner than later. To help the progress of this signalization, contact your local representative and get them to put some heat on Nathan (Hayward), sec. of transportation!
