Hi,

I am curious if anyone is familiar with the contractor who is building the new house on Edison St.  The address is 1634 E. Edison.  His name is Jeff Franks and his company is Franks Custom Homes.  He is building an eyesore in the neighborhood-as close to a mini-dorm as possible to be legal, I suppose (unless it isn't legal, I haven't looked into that).  Not a scrap of yard, simply garages and concrete.   Looks like a townhouse.  Anyway, we live in the neighborhood and have been having terrible interactions with him.  He seems to have mental problems-very rude, angry, and aggressive.  Just curious if anyone has been having similar interactions.  I hope for your sake the answer is no.  Thanks in advance for any replies.
