I sold my unit here 2 years ago and I am glad I did. My friend still lives here though but not suprisingly wants to sell. That part of Mesa is slowly going downhill. The fence surrounding the property is about 25 different colors and materials. Alot of the wall in various places is torn down or has bricks missing. Some parts of the wall is wood, other parts of it are cement. It looks like a gate is completely missing. It is pretty obvious this place is full of investment properties nobody keeps anything up. I understand the HOA fees are around 125/mo, where does it all go? The property looks like crap. There is also some crime there. Car thefts, break-ins. How about hiring some security there? I understand mgmt is having a hard time keeping the vandals away, so it looks like they are just letting the property go to hell. Glad I moved.
