Cool Spring / Tilton Neighborhood Association
The association meets the second Tuesday of each month except in July and August. Meetings start at 7:15 pm to 9:00pm and are held in the library at Lewis Elementary School located at 10th and Van Buren Streets. The entrance is on Van Buren Street. Residents are urged to attend the meetings and help to make Cool Spring and Tilton better places to live.
