Today Dec 9 , Wed pick up day, a white chevy old pickup plate TIU 617  was not only in the recycling bins, but the driver was going in the green bins.One neighbor advised him, hte driver got in hid truck , circled and was beligerent. He is a young white male in his mid 20's., light to medium brown hair.If you see him call the non emergency number at the police 972 485 4840.Try to get as many details as possible -  this truck had a very loud exceleration and bad muffler.
