email from the landscape engineer at the parks dept indicates that the park will be enlarged with additinal parking.as of july 18, construction started and traffic signs are in use per our reminder of heavy traffic.The are grading towards the street and cement walls are down. Parks says the play area and the rest of the park is open.Pls advise caution to your kids and little ones really need an adult present with all the activity
