BOARD MEMBER ELECTIONS
There are two board member position up for election this year. The elections are scheduled for Monday, October 27th. Anyone interested in running should submit a resume to Ron Bekebrede by September 29th. Please e-mail or fax the information to Ron at the following: E-mail: gippbeke@aol.com; FAX 426-1281. The list of canidiates and an election ballot for each household will be included in next month's Newsletter. All ballots will need to be put in the lock box in the from of the clubhouse on or before October 27th.

FAMILY CAMPOUT A SUCCESS!!
No rain! A beautiful night. Smoked ribs, football games, an evening Movie for the children (popcorn provided), late night fire for toasting marshmellows. Seven tents and one pop-up provided shelter for the night. See all the fun at: http://community.webshots.com/user/johnjend

COPPERFIELD GOLF SCRAMBLE:
Sept. 27th 3:00 pm at Long Run Golf Course.
The first 36 to confirm to Jamey ramsey @ 245-5440 can play. Cost $24.00 per person.

COPPERFIELD FALL TAILGATING PARTY WITH BEER TASTING AND CHILI COOK OFF
Date: Saturday Oct. 18th, Time: 2:00 pm
Place: Copperfield Clubhouse Parking Lot.
Come tailgate at the clubhouse. Bring some beer to share and cook up your best pot of chili. Vote for the best pot of chili.

HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY
Date: Sunday Oct. 26th Time: 2:00-4:00 pm
Place: Clubhouse
The annual Halloween Costume Party will be held again at the clubhouse. Prizes to be awarded for best costumes. Please RSVP to Jeff Grove @ 244-5172 by Oct. 24th.

NEIGHBORHOOD PARKING: PLEASE ADHERE TO DEED RETRICTIONS
No trailers, boats, trucks, camping vehicles or commercial vehicles shall be parked on any street in the subdivision for a period if 24 hours in any calander year. Automobiles are an exception to this rule for Lots 1 through 147. Automobiles are prohibited from street parking for ALL remaining lots.
Most important, let's be considerate of our neighbors. Street parking can potentially interfere with emergency vehicles (Ambulance, etc) and service cehicles (Trash Copllection) as they attempt to service our neighborhood.
