Is there a city ordinance concerning the amount of junk, parted out vehicles, and trash that is allowed to accumulate in a neighbors yard? I can see if it was kept to one area of their lot, but they have it everywhere and each week it seems to be getting worse. Can someone direct me in solving this problem?
