Corner Lake Estates HOA

Hi there. We're thinking of moving into the neighborhood and are curious about your likes and dislikes about the HOA?

 You should know that the HOA in this neighborhood is extremely strict and heartless. Watch how you sneeze or you'll get a letter and or fine. They care less about whatever reason you are late to pay your HOA dues and are quick to call the lawyer to try and take your house. The greedy and rude lawyer charges 3,000.00 right up front! So your $600.00 yearly dues better be paid 5 minutes after you get the bill. If I had to put a "like" out there, then I guess I like the fact that my neighboor can't paint her house mint green or neon orange. So much for Christmas this year. How heartless they truely are.

What part of corner lakes do you live in?... I don't pay 600/yr.
