I have been dealing with the same issue. I went on-line to pay my dues through sentrymgt.com but the system did not recognize my account number. I called them and was told that as of June 1st, Sentry no longer managed our account. They told me that the new management company was 1st Service (407)644-0010. However, I have called them on two separate occasions and was told that they are working on sending out new stubs. I certainly do no feel comfortable remitting payment to someone that we've never heard of before. Why weren't we notified through the association of this change? |

I did the same and recieved this information:
Orlando/ Altamonte Springs
They did not know much about the account including how much we were supposed to be paying but the person I talked to said, "Just send a check to this address"... I would much rather wait to get the official information than to blindly send a check to a company that took over our HOA account the day it was due. |
