Hello everyone. I have lived in this neighborhood for more than 10 years. Unfortunately I have seen a decline in our neighborhood. Lots of owners have not taken care of their property. From mold on their homes, grass not maintained, driveways need pressure washing, broken blinds that can be seen from the front of their homes etc.... We pay HOA fee's every year but the HOAis not adressing these issues which will cause a decline in what our homes will be appraised if we decide to sell. I have address this already with our management office but nothing has been done. It has only gotten worse as years go by. We need to call our Commissioner Emily Bonilla District 5 so we can get help in bringing back our neighborhood back and keep it maintained.
