E-470 Tollway Considers having a Minimum Speed Limit

E-470 says that with more construction traffic they will have to enforce a Minimum speed limit of fifty. With the new additions to I-25 there wil be more construction traffic using E-470. Ed Delozier the executive director of the highway authority says that "We already have heavyequipmaent, and oversize and overweight vehicles on the road and I think the problem will only get worse in the future when the construction begins on I-25 corridor. Then there will be a lot more trucks using the road." If approved, the minimum speed limit would be enforced be the Colorado State Patrol. The proposed penalty for dirving slower than fifty miles per hour would be a 15 dollar fine and 3 points against his/her dirvers licenses.
