Cottonwood is a covenant controlled community, which has been around since 1982, created by Douglas County.

Cottonwood provides a place with a family atmosphere so your kids can grow up in a crime-free neighborhood.

Cottonwood is one of the best neighborhoods in Parker for the price range of starter-type homes and includes an award-winning community park.

The neighborhood watch program is also in effect with community policing; they provide everyone with an extra sense of security.
