I am the new editor for our neighborhood and I have already posted the Cottonwood Protective Covenants on this web site. I have also created a Gmail account for residents to contact me. If any one would like to start having discussions wiht other home owners about re-starting the our HOA then you can email with your contact information. I will then pass along your information to other home owners so you can get together and have some meetings.
