Attention Tuscany Shores Homeowners

Are any of you are having problems with your HVAC systems in your residences. Specifically, are certain rooms colder/warmer than the 3 degrees specified in the Environments for Living Guarantee? I have had problems with this for 2 1/2 years without results. If you are having similar issues, I would like to talk to you about it.
