My favor- please leave Br Anon alone.
I can appreciate your input to this board if you could leave the personal
attacks out of your posts.
My question is still -
Is the city of Broomfield using money from the Water Fund to finance any of the new city and county??
And- a very good question is.......
if there is excess money in this fund,
why is there an increase AT ALL?? (7%)
It sounds like the increases of past have more than paid for past and possible future expences.
Something just dosen't sound right here

The feasibility study states that
1 million $ could be borrowed, so does that mean that there is an excess of at least 1 million $ in this fund?
Just how does this borrowing work??

So this is the message board I've heard about..the one to get rid of the county. Who cares. John you are a babbling idiot. To think that you can make a liar out of this BR Anonymous is stupid thinking. You must be a council member or someone with the city or someone related to one of them or someone who wants to protect them and their lies. You are a fool; just because these guys are from Westminster and someone from Broomfield speaks to them; you want to run that Broomfield person out of town!!! Why are you so stupid? Do you really walk the streets of Broomfield looking for someone to fight with; and take notes to find the ones who disagree with the council or the city? GET a life; if I were a the person you keep calling paranoid and coward, I would buy a gun, put bars on my windows and never be alone in public, my front yard, or at the movies. You are definitely a crazy person; and no one to be trusted in the daylight, the dark, or on a computer screen. You are crazy, you are stupid, and you are out-of-control. Leave these people alone, maniac. If I find out who you are I am calling the cops and showing them all of your stupid name-calling, threats, and seeing if I can have you arrested.

There is no way I'm going to leave Broomfield Anon. alone. The conclusions about things this person reaches are incredulous. They need to be challenged because they are typically wrong. This person makes character assassinations a habit. Yet, when someone challenges what this person says, CVELG's members say please leave poor Broomfield Anon alone. No way! This person has had enough "free boarding" and I believe this person is paranoid. When I look at this person's conclusions about various things, the paranoia is obvious.
Regarding the water fund. There will be no increase in water rates in the year 2000. Not 7%. Nothing. No water fund money is being used for the city/county. None needs to be. Broomfield is very financially strong.
