Crabapple Falls is a small swim/tennis community with 155 homes of the traditional style architecture including some homes with large porches. The first homes were built in 1985. Lot sizes range from 1/2 acre to about 2 acres. The lots have many mature hardwood trees that were left by the developers.
There are two tennis courts, a playground, and a swimming pool at the front of the neighborhood. There are two lakes in Crabapple Falls - Lake Elizabeth is a six acre lake available to all residents 1 mile from the entrance on Plantation Trace. The lake is well stocked with fish and a dam area is available for picnicking. Lake Aris is a private lake and is for the use of the residents who live on the lake.
We are located in Southeast Cherokee County off GA140, just half a mile from Fulton County. Our neighborhood is considered to be part of the Hickory Flat community in Southeast Cherokee county. The areas around us and north of us have a distinctly rural feel with horse farms and small country nurseries. About 3 miles west on GA 140 (north as the crow flies) is the Cherokee Drive/140 commercial area. Among the businesses are: grocery, banking, eating, auto supply, paints, dry cleaning, gasoline, tractor supply company, drugstores, library. Canton is just another 12 minutes away from this area.
Our neighborhood is located about 4 miles north of the Crabapple community in North Fulton (near Alpharetta and Roswell). This area is also convenient to us for shopping (Kroger, CVS, SuperTarget, Publix, Home Depot, Kohl's) and other conveniences.

The covenants and by-laws of Crabapple Falls require each household to be a member in the Owners Association. Annual dues are $500.
