For this to work we as a group need to be one voice. The association provides us that ability, if you can't make it to a meeting see if your neighbor is going, maybe he can convey some information for you. Be a block leader maybe there are those who want to be involved but are not sure, come to a meeting, at least see what you can contribute.

About our association

Welcome to Creekridge Community

Creek Ridge Home Owners Association has been dedicated to maintaining a certain degree of pride in our little community. We keep the grass cut, the lights on at night, we sponsor the Easter egg hunt for the little ones every year, we participate in the 161 clear up effort, we are a on always crime watch area, people of the neighborhood which come and go at all hours of the day and night watch each others homes for strange or suspicious goings on. We strive to keep our community as safe and clean as possible. We are happy to welcome all new members of the community to Creek Ridge.

Garage Sale

The Weekend of the May 17th is the Garage sale, get out all the stuff from the garage you want to sell and put a price tag on it, or you are one of the guys of the neighborhood like me, start hiding all your cool stuff before it gets a sticker on it and you never see it again. If you need specifics please email me.

Community Dues.

Please don't forget to pay your dues, they help all of us in the community, want to know what happens to it? Come to a meeting and ask us, the treasurer has all the money tracked, who has paid and who has not. We do not benefit from this money, when it is needed for a neighborhood event we support what we can. Thanks for your patronage.
