I see a lot of my neighbors that don't follow the rules and just complain all of the time and its getting old.
People should take pride in their homes and yards and do whatever is necessary to keep it looking good, this not only helps with their homes value but it helps with the other homes as well.
Talking about complaining, I go to the subdivisions meetings all of the time and its a shame that there are only 23 to 30 homeowners present and we have around 200 homes in the creekview forest and creekview estates subdivisions.
If your people that complain would come to the meetings maybe you would learn something instead of just complaining.
Instead of complaining try talking to your neighbors and you will find out that this goes a long way.
