My wife and I like to walk around the neighborhood. I have noticed several house that have trash laying in the yard and on the sidewalk. I could understand if the trash was left by the trash truck, but it has been almost a year. I also noticed a air unit on someones front porch? It has been there for several months. I know some people can't afford to replace there fence, but at least replace the broken and rotten boards. Some people in the neighborhood have let there yards and shrubs go. Once again I could understand if they didn't have time that week, but one house in particular has looked run down for almost a year. This house is a corner lot, I promise you could pick out this house just walking the outer loop on the sub division. I wish the HOA would concentrate on the house they have been run down for several months. Have they sent out letter to these people and they are responding? These types of homes only make the neighbor hood value go down. What can we do?
