My husband and I are considering putting a contract on a house on Honey Ridge Ln and I was curious as to what everyone thinks of the neighborhood. Have you had any foundation problems as of yet or any major problems with the construction of the homes? Are there any amenities that come with the HOA - how often are meetings held? I have two young children, one will be starting elementary school soon - how is the elementary school & teachers?
