Noticed that there was not an announcement posted regarding the Homeowners Meeting for Tuesday at 7:00 or 7:30 PM not quite sure as I can't find anything about the meeting. I am planning on attending to see if I can get a copy of the present contract the Association entered into with Diamanod Management, I was told by a Board Member that I would need a Court Order to secure a copy. There are a number of questions that I have, one would be about the Security Patrol which I have never seen and how much that is costing us, also these letters that threaten foreclousure/eviction because they take a small bill of 200.00 and turn it into thousands through their "attornys" but never return a telephone call or give any information.
I looked at the Newsletter which was dated April 2003 which obviously was of little help. Hope those of you with similiar questions plan on attending the Homeowners meeting, a number of your neighbors are going to be there..
