THE CRESTVIEW NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION (CNA)

The Crestview Neighborhood Association (CNA) was formed over 15 years ago by a group of concerned residents who wanted to improve the neighborhood. At the time the crime rate was high, graffiti, vagrancy, and litter were common, and the quality of life was at risk. Trees, so prevalent now, were few.
